Why Numina

Numina exists to help small business owners — by setting their accounting on Autopilot.

AI will be the biggest revolution to accounting since the invention of double-entry bookkeeping in 1494. Accounting is the source of truth for every business — and yet it still runs on click-through-the-invoice manual labor. For small businesses this creates a massive burden.

Numina is a full replacement for today's accounting platforms. Our core product, Numina Autopilot, takes over the day-to-day bookkeeping once it's learned how a business runs.

The role

We're hiring our first dedicated Customer Advisor. AI handles a lot of the traditional bookkeeping now — the hard part isn't entering invoices by hand anymore; it's giving customers confidence, catching edge cases, and helping them with the accounting decisions that actually matter.

This is a role for someone who understands accounting and loves being close to both the customer and the product — and who enjoys the freedom of building the playbook from scratch.

You'll work directly with the founders. You'll make the calls on how we onboard, support, and advise. You'll talk to customers every day. You'll translate their feedback into concrete product improvements that ship the same week.

Who you are

  • Solid grasp of accounting. You're comfortable with Danish bookkeeping, VAT, annual reports, and filings to the Danish tax authority (SKAT) — whether that's from an education, a previous job, or because you've run a small business yourself.
  • Empathetic communicator. You love talking to customers, and you can explain VAT and chart of accounts in a way that makes sense to someone who just registered their first ApS.
  • Self-starter. Nobody is going to hand you a playbook. You'll help write it.
  • Problem solver. You chase the root cause, not the easy workaround. When the same case comes in three times, your instinct is to fix the root — not respond faster.
  • Genuinely AI-native. You work faster because of ChatGPT, Claude, and the like — not because you've got them open in a tab, but because they've changed how you work.
  • Ship over plan. You'd rather put a rough guide or a new onboarding flow in front of a customer than spend another week perfecting it in isolation.
  • Strong written and spoken Danish. High-level English.

Bonus points

  • Experience as a bookkeeper, auditor, accounting assistant, or similar.
  • Experience from a SaaS or fintech product.
  • Experience with customer success or support on a modern support stack (Intercom, Zendesk, Pylon, or similar).
  • Experience with e-conomic, Dinero, Billy, or other Danish accounting tools.
  • You've onboarded customers from an existing accounting system.
  • You've run or kept the books for a small business yourself.
