Onboarding Specialist (Student)

We're looking for a student who will play a pivotal role in our early growth. You'll be the crucial link between our product and our first, most important customers — ensuring they have a seamless experience as they join the future of accounting.

You'll work directly with Jakob (co-founder), giving you a unique chance to be part of building an early-stage company from the inside.

• Own the onboarding process from start to finish — migrate customer data from their old accounting software (e.g. E-conomic or Dinero) and ensure a successful transition to Numina
• Become the product expert and help customers solve their accounting challenges and unlock the platform's full potential
• Be the voice of the customer internally — gather critical insights and work directly with founders and the product team to shape the product's future
• Create support documentation and guides
• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering team

• Studying finance, auditing, business administration, or a related field (e.g. HA from CBS, Polit from KU)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and comfortable with double-entry bookkeeping
• Fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
• A self-starter who thrives on responsibility — in a startup there's no playbook, you'll help us write it
• Service-minded and patient — you can explain complex things simply
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools

• Hands-on experience with accounting software like E-conomic or Dinero
• Passion for building a product that will redefine accounting for small businesses

• 15-20 hours per week (flexible around your study schedule and exam periods)
